They are used only to create custom illustrations for your book. They are never sold, shared, or used for anything else. Photos are kept securely for up to 6 months after the book is finished.
After 6 months, photos are permanently deleted.
You may ask us to delete your photos at any time, even sooner.
Email Use
We use your email address only to:
- Respond to questions
- Communicate about your book or order
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
Children’s Information
All information about children is provided by parents or legal guardians.
Our website is not meant for children under 13 to submit information on their own.
Your child’s information is treated with care and used only to create their personalized story.
Purchases Through Amazon
Books are purchased through Amazon.
Amazon handles all payment information under their own privacy policies.
We do not see or store credit card or payment details.
